All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled except by mutual consent.
SET-UP CHARGES
New orders: $50.00 (G); Repeat orders: $25.00 (G)
PRODUCTION TIME
Consult factory for production schedule, we will endeavor to work with you to meet specific delivery requirements.
ARTWORK
If the factory is to supply or repair art, there will be a charge of $60.00 net per hour, and orders will be held for approval of art charges over $60.00 net. Please provide spot color information when possible for color matching, although understand that exact matching is often difficult due to the nature of the printing processes and various substrates offered. Vector artwork compatible with Adobe Illustrator CS5 or older is the preferred format; if raster artwork is necessary, art should be 300 dpi at final print size. Consult factory for detailed art specifications before submitting artwork, if you have any questions or concerns.
PROOFS
A complimentary e-mail proof will automatically be supplied on new orders. Any additional proofs that are necessary due to a change or error on the customer’s part, will be charged $10.00/proof. Actual proofs cost $30.00 net plus the cost of the item and may be required, at our discretion, on orders over $1,000.00 or with potentially difficult imprints unless a written waiver is submitted. Production cannot begin until all proofs are approved.
PERSONALIZATION LISTS
Personalization lists not submitted in either Microsoft Word® or Excel® will incur an additional charge.
DROP SHIPMENT / INDIVIDUAL ITEM SHIPMENT

SHIPPING
FOB factory. Insurance charges will be invoiced.
3rd party – $2.50 net handling charge
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS
We reserve the right to ship +/- 5% and will invoice accordingly.
RETURNS
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 90 days.
Prior approval is required before merchandise can be returned.
REMAKE CHARGE
Customer error – the actual charge is dependent on the number of items to be remade, with a minimum charge of $25.00 net.
